OLIVE PIMENTO CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 to 1/2 c. finely minced green stuffed olives
1/8 to 1/4 c. finely minced green onion tops
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 drops Tabasco
Garlic salt to taste (approximately 1/8 tsp.)
Olive juice to thin, 3 to 4 tbsp.

Mix well and enjoy. Black olives may also be used.
