GREEN PEPPER CHEESE RINGS 
1 green pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. capers, optional
Seasoned salt to taste

Slice top off green pepper and remove seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and stir. Stuff pepper and refrigerate. When chilled, slice and serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with pimento strips if desired.

Note: use slices as garnish on salad or entree.

Makes 6 slices.
