BABY CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Blend sugar, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Place a vanilla wafer into each small cupcake paper. Fill 3/4 full with cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Top each with 1 cherry from a can of pie filling.
