HUNGARIAN KOLACS 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 egg yolks
1/2 fresh yeast (mix in warm milk)

Filling: Use can filling as desired (apricot, lemur, walnut or poppy seed) or make your own!

Mix well. Divide dough into 4 sections, wrapping each section in wax paper. Let dough stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or longer. Roll out dough very thin. Spread on filling and roll up like a jelly roll. Put on cookie sheet and let stand for 1/2 hour. Bake 45-50 minutes in 325 degree oven.
