MY FAVORITE LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste

CHEESE FILLING;
3 c. cheese (ricotta or creamed cottage)
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Cook 12 lasagna noodles. Alternate layers, first cooked noodles, then cheese filling, a layer of Mozzarella and then meat sauce. Make 2 layers of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting in squares. Makes 2 (9"x13") pans. Great for a pot luck supper.
