VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix Chopped vegetables (broccoli, radish, carrot, yellow squash, etc.--can be chopped with blender or food processor.) Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up side to form crust. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with vegetables. At serving time, cut into squares. |
