GRAHAM CRACKERS 
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together butter and honey. Pour this into dry ingredients. Mix with fork, then push dough together with your hands. Don't knead or over mix. Place dough on well floured surface. Roll with well floured roll pin to 1/8" thick. Cut rectangles with a knife and prick with a fork. Place on lightly greased baking tray and bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool on rack. Serves 3 dozen.
