CHICKEN LASAGNA | |
8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. Parmesan cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. sliced black olives 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 c. diced cooked chicken 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Cook noodles and drain. Combine the next 8 ingredients, mix well. Stir in the chicken. Put 1/4 of chicken mix in bottom of 9x13 inch greased baking dish. Next, a layer of noodles (1/3 of noodles), 1/4 of chicken mix, 1/3 of the shredded cheese, 1/3 cup noodles, 1/4 of chicken mix, 1/3 of shredded cheese, layer of noodles, chicken mix. Omit last layer of cheese, cover, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If cold, bake at 350 degrees at least 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes more; let set 10 minutes before cutting. Can be made ahead and frozen or made ahead a day. |
