CHICKEN LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
6 oz. can drained mushrooms
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. shredded cheddar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain. Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, milk, and basil.

Lay 1/2 noodles in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 chicken, and 1/2 each cheese. Repeat layers except for last of cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 2 more minutes. Serves 8-10.
