CHICKEN LASAGNE 
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. basil

For mushroom sauce saute onion and green pepper. Add soups, milk, mushrooms, pimiento and basil. Layer with other ingredients in lasagne pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
