CHICKEN LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. diced onion
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. water
4 c. cooked diced chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices

Combine cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese. Combine chicken soup, onion and water. Cook noodles according to directions on box, drain.

Grease 9x13 pan. Add diced chicken to soup mixture. Put a little sauce in bottom of pan. Put in a layer of noodles, some of cottage cheese mix, some slices of Mozzarella cheese, some of soup mix. Finish layers and end with some soup mix for on top. Bake at 375 until hot and bubbly.
