MOLDED CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 can cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
4 mashed bananas (mash with pastry blender)
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cranberry sauce to Jello and allow to cool slightly. Add pineapple and bananas and allow to partially set. Whip cream and fold into Jello mixture. Pour into fancy mold or shallow dish. Serve with sour cream garnish. This is our family's holiday tradition! Serves 6 to 8.
