MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar, add to 1 can (#2 1/2) crushed pineapple

Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. cream cheese, cream well
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. Maraschino cherries
1 c. celery, finely diced
1 c. cream, whipped

Remove sugar and crushed pineapple from heat and add lemon Jello. Cool. Add cream cheese, cream well. Add chopped nuts. Add Maraschino cherries, celery and whipped cream. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf.
