PORK CHOPS BURGUNDY 
4 (1 1/2") boneless center cut pork chops
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. lemon juice

Season chops with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat. Brown chops quickly, add wine and lemon juice, cover, lower heat, and simmer gently for 12 minutes. Serve chops with reduced pan juices and garnish with capers and lemon. Serves 4.
