MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 c. white wine
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. oil

Marinate chops in above ingredients overnight. In large skillet, heat oil; add chops. Cook until browned, then pour marinade over chops. Cook until juice is absorbed.

Serve with fried potatoes. Serves 4-6.
