OLD TIME BREAD PUDDING 
4 slices buttered bread
1/3 c. seedless raisins, optional
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish 4 slices buttered toast cut in quarters.

2. Sprinkle over toast 1/3 cup raisins.

3. Pour over toast a mixture of 2 slightly beaten eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup Pet milk, 1 cup boiling water and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

4. Let stand 10 minutes. Then sprinkle 4 teaspoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.

5. Bake at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
