BREAD PUDDING 
4 slices white bread
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
Raisins

Toast bread and butter, then dice in 1 inch pieces. Put aside. In casserole put eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat well then add toast. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Rinse a handful of raisins and put in mixture. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes longer. Take out and sprinkle with cinnamon when finished.
