PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 can Creme de Coco Cream Coconut cream 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1/3 c. flaked coconut (opt.) Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Bake; while cake is still warm punch holes in top with a fork; then pour condensed milk and cream of coconut and let mixture soak in. When cake is thoroughly cooled and only then, spread Cool Whip over entire cake. Sprinkle with coconut; chill and serve. |
