NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 lb. candied fruit, minced
1 c. chipped nuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. grape juice
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In a large bowl combine crumbs and spices. Stir in coconut, fruits, nuts and raisins; mix well. Combine grape juice, honey and lemon juice; add to crumb mixture and mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into foil lined 8"x4"x2" loaf pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate several days. To serve, remove foil and slice thin with sharp knife.
