STIR & BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. dry cherries
1 lb. dry pineapple
3 pts. chopped pecans
1/4 lb. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
4 lg. eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 tsp. allspice

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add to nuts and fruit mixture. Mix with hands. Place in preheated oven in iron fry pan for 15 minutes. Stir. Do this three times and pack mixture in lined tube pan with brown greased paper. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool. I wrap in saran wrap.
