BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. bunches broccoli, cut up (use flowerets and some tender stem pieces)
12 oz. bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces & fried
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Can make all ingredients ahead of time. Drain bacon and store. Mix ingredients and toss with dressing just prior to serving. Serves 8 to 12.
