HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 c. sifted confectionary sugar
3/4 c. (5.3 oz.) evaporated milk
2 squares chocolate
1 stick butter

Melt slowly the chocolate and butter. Remove from heat, add evaporated milk then sugar. Return to heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a dash of salt.
