BEEF DIP 
2 cans roast beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Grumble tortilla chips and layer in a 9 inch square or round Pyrex dish. Mix all other ingredients together well. Spread on top of chips. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Use as a spread with crackers, chips, or bread.
