CHEESY CHICKEN BURGERS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked chicken
1 tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. celery
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
4 buttered buns

Melt butter, stir in flour. Remove fromheat, stir in evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Butter and toast rolls. Top with filling.
