CHICKEN BACON BURGERS 
1 c. cooked diced cold chicken
4 slices bacon
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 hamburger rolls

Saute bacon until crisp. Chop fine. Mix together with all other ingredients. Fill 4 hamburger rolls and wrap each filled roll in aluminum foil. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve with chips and pickle.
