CHICKEN BURGERS 
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, chopped
2 sweet pickles, chopped
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 tsp. onion, grated
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
10 hamburger buns

Combine pickles, chicken, and onions; toss lightly. Add mayonnaise and blend. Season to taste. Split and butter buns. Fill with chicken mixture. Wrap in foil and refrigerate. When ready to serve heat at 350 degrees or warm on a barbecue. Grill 15 minutes.

Like this - sounds delicious, but simple. Am guessing the cheese goes on - just before you heat. I have a chicken breast left over from rotisserie - am thinking this would fit the bill 100%. Thanks for submitting!
