1 chopped onion
2 lb. hamburger meat
3 c. cooked macaroni, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole grain corn, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, mashed
6 - 8 pieces toasted bread, crumbled
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Accent enhances flavor

In a sauce pan brown hamburger and onion. Mix sour cream, soups, corn, pimento and meat and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Crumble bread over top of casserole and pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
