POTATO ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 1/3 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. hot potato water
3 lg. eggs
About 9 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add butter, sugar, salt and potatoes to hot potato water. When cooled, stir in yeast and eggs. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Let rise. Shape into rolls. Place on greased cookie sheets, cover, and let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
