POTATO ROLLS 
2 yeast packages, dissolved in 1 cup warm water
1 c. mashed potatoes, cooled to just warm
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
10 c. flour (5 cups plain flour, 5 cups self-rising flour)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar and Crisco up then put in potatoes, mix together. Put in eggs; mix and add to potato/sugar mixture. Then add yeast mixture also. Add everything to flour. Mix up with wooden spoon or hands (it is easier with your hands). Let sit out about 1 hour, then place in refrigerator overnight. When you cut them out let rise about 2 hours, dip in butter and bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes or until light brown.
