BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. croutons
4 tbsp. butter

Prepare broccoli as directed on package and drain. Blend soup and flour. Add sour cream, carrots, onions and salt. Stir in broccoli, turn into greased pan. Combine croutons and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
