ZUCCHINI DINNER 
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
1 pkg. plain bread dressing
1/2 c. butter

Steam zucchini and onion until slightly soft. Mix zucchini, onion, mushroom soup, sour cream and carrots in a medium bowl. Melt butter and mix into bread dressing. Pour zucchini mixture into 9 x 12 inch casserole and top with dressing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
