1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil

Beat all 2 minutes. 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Mix and bake in tube pan at 325 degrees 50-60 minutes.
