TRULY DIFFERENT CUPCAKES 
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or coconut
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter together in a pan. Stir in nuts or coconut until well coated. Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Mix these ingredients, but don't beat. Then add chocolate mixture and again mix carefully, not beating.

(You can use a wooden spoon and do this recipe by hand). Put in cupcake papers and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It makes 22 to 24 cupcakes. (I like foil cupcake papers.
