QUICK POTATO SOUP 
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 2/3 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Parsley sprigs

In a pot add potatoes and onion to boiling water. Cover; cook for 15- 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Blend in milk, butter and seasonings. Cook until heated. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serves 6.
