ZUCCHINI BUTTER FRIED 
1 large zucchini
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. flour
lemon and pepper seasoning

Cut zucchini in 1/4-inch slices. Dip in eggs and flour. Put 1/2 cup butter in skillet over medium. Turn over when browned. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Add butter as needed to skillet.
