CREAMED ONIONS 
2 lbs. sliced med. onions (1/4" slices)
1 c. light cream (Half & Half)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch pepper

In a two quart greased casserole dish, layer onions and Parmesan cheese. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over onions. Bake, uncovered at 275 degrees for 50 minutes. This goes real well with a beef roast or prime rib.
