CREAMED ONIONS 
6-8 med. onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
Cracker crumbs

Peel onions and cook in salted water until tender. Place in casserole dish; add soup and cheese, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 250 degrees until lightly browned.
