SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell (thawed if frozen)
4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 can (5 oz.) chunk chicken or 1 1/2 c. cooked & cubed
1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves

Prick bottom of pie shell. Bake in preheated oven (425 degrees) for 8 minutes or until slightly dry. Layer half the cheese, then half the chicken into shell, repeat. Mix well remaining ingredients.

Pour over chicken and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot or at room temperature. 6 servings.
