BAKED MATZO & CHEESE 
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 whole matzos
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Beat 1 egg slightly. Add milk and butter. Soak matzos in this without breaking them. Beat remaining ingredients and the second egg until well blended. Place 1 matzo in a greased 6 x 6 inch square baking dish. Cover with 1/2 the cheese mixture. Top with second matzo and repeat. Pour any remaining mixture over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold with jam or sour cream.

My Mother had a great recipe that had a combination of farmers cheese, ricotta cheese and matzo meal, eggs. I am unable to find the recipe. I have searched everywhere. This is somewhat close. I wish I had been able to find the actual recipe it was from My Grandmother who came from Lithuanian. If anyone has any suggestions I wold appreciate it
