KNADLES (Matzo Balls) | |
1 c. matzo meal 1/2 c. water 4 eggs 1/3 c. liquid shortening 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper Add water, shortening, salt and pepper to beaten eggs. Mix well. Add matzo meal and stir. Refrigerate 1 hour. Form into balls and drop into boiling water with 1 tablespoon salt. Cook 20 minutes covered. |
