BAKED POTATO SOUP 
Chicken broth or cubes (1 qt.)
5 med. baked potatoes, do not microwave
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
Chives
1 c. cream or half and half
2 tbsp. butter

Peel potatoes, place meat of potato with salt, pepper, butter, sugar and chives in blender. Add small amount of broth until liquid. Add this to rest of broth in about 3 quart saucepan and cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Before serving add 1 cup of cream and reheat. Add salt, pepper, chives to your liking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
