ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. bread crumbs (I use fresh white bakery bread torn in pieces, trim off crust)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat together sugar, butter and eggs. Mix with milk, bread crumbs and crushed pineapple. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan or pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 12.
