BEST EVER FUDGE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Beat thoroughly. Add flour and salt and blend well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Spread in well greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes. Cool and cut in squares. These can be iced with a thin confectioners' sugar glaze.
