1 (8 oz.) jar Old English cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. minced or grated onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. crushed or ground pecans

Have ingredients at room temperature. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Roll into 1 large ball or small 1 inch balls. Roll in pecans. Chill.
