MAMA'S CHEESE BALL 
1/4 lb. blue cheese, grated
1 lb. pkg. Old English bulk cheese, grated
1 lb. long horn cheddar cheese, grated
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped parsley leaves or more

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of nuts and 1/2 of parsley. Mix very thoroughly. Then form into balls and roll in remaining parsley and nuts; refrigerate. The longer it ages, the better it tastes.
