BLACK BEAN AND LIME DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lime zest, coarsely shredded
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
tortilla chips

In a blender, combine the black beans, broth, cumin, black pepper, lime juice and zest. Pulse until just mixed. Pour into a serving bowl and add chilies, bell pepper and cilantro. Mix well and serve with tortilla chips.

Serves 4 to 6.
