TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
30 drumsticks
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sherry, white wine or water
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced

Put drumsticks into a cookie sheet or roasting pan, 2 to 3 inches deep. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn.

Mix brown sugar, sherry, wine or water, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic in saucepan on stove. Heat above ingredients until sugar is melted. Pour over chicken drumsticks and return to oven. Lower temperature to 325 degrees so it won't burn. Bake another half hour or more. Turn chicken about every 15 minutes.
