TEA ROOM PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. pasta (mixed shapes), cooked & cooled
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil (olive or vegetable)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 tbsp. vinegar red wine, cider or other flavor
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. each fresh dill, basil & parsley or 1 tsp. dried
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Mix well and toss on pasta mix.
