1 1/2 c. cold water 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. onion flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. celery seed Slice 4 medium cucumbers (unpared and sliced thin). Slice thin 1 onion (optional). Put in jar or bowl in alternate layers. Pour Brine over; cover and put in refrigerator. Let stand for at least 3 days before eating. |
