1/4 c. butter, melted (1/2 stick)
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers, approximately 18 singles
Dash of cinnamon

Mix in springform pan, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon into crumbs with fork and press into bottom and up sides about 1 inch. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
3/4 c. sugar

Mix eggs, sugar, and cheese on medium until smooth; add vanilla, etc. and pour into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out just barely moist.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
